Pool Cleaner

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• No prior experience required (training provided)
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
• Basic knowledge of pool cleaning tools and equipment is a plus
• Attention to detail
• Time management and reliability
• Ability to work independently
• Basic cleaning and maintenance skills
• Safety awareness

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and basic operation of swimming pools and surrounding aquatic areas.
• This role supports a safe and sanitar yswimming environment by performing routine cleaning tasks and reporting maintenance or safety issues to facilities staff.
• Clean swimming pools by skimming debris, vacuuming, and brushing pool surfaces
• Empty skimmer baskets and clean pool filters as assigned
• Clean pool decks, gutters, drains, and surrounding areas
• Check basic water conditions (clarity, temperature, and test strips if assigned)
• Add pre-measured chemicals as directed by a supervisor (if permitted)
• Inspect pools daily for cleanliness, safety hazards, or visible damage
• Report equipment malfunctions, water quality issues, or safety concerns
• Assist with opening and closing pools seasonally
• Follow all safety procedures and facility policies
• Maintain cleaning tools, hoses, and equipment in good working condition

Requirements:

• Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
• Employment certificates
• NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
• PEOS certificate
