Senior Security Concierge

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in security, concierge, or customer-facing roles
• Prior experience in a senior or lead role preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional appearance and customer-service mindset
• Ability to handle sensitive situations calmly and discreetly
• Customer service and hospitality excellence
• Situational awareness and observation skills
• Conflict de-escalation and problem-solving
• Leadership and mentoring abilities
• Clear written and verbal communication

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Responsibilities:

• Provides a visible security presence while delivering exceptional concierge-level customer service. This role serves as a senior on-site representative of the security team, supporting daily operations, assisting visitors and occupants, and helping mentor junior concierge or security staff.
• Ensures safety, professionalism, and a positive guest or tenant experience.
• Provide a professional security and concierge presence at designated posts
• Greet, assist, and direct visitors, tenants, and guests
• Monitor access control points and ensure proper authorization and identification
• Observe and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations
• Respond to non-emergency and emergency incidents following established procedures
• Assist with incident documentation and report writing
• Support the training and guidance of junior security concierge staff
• Coordinate with the SOC, security officers, and building management
• Enforce property rules, policies, and security procedures courteously and consistently
• Maintain knowledge of building layout, tenant information, and emergency protocols

Requirements:

• Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
• Employment certificates
• NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
• PEOS certificate
