Restaurant Manager

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate
  • 5–7 years of F&B management experience.
  • Strong leadership, financial acumen, and customer service orientation.
  • Bilingual (English/French preferred).

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest experience and profitability.
  • Manage front-of-house operations and staff scheduling.
  • Maintain service standards and resolve guest complaints professionally.
  • Oversee cash handling, daily sales reports, and cost control.
  • Support marketing initiatives and event coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
  • Train and motivate team members to meet service excellence targets.

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
  • Employment certificates
  • NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
  • PEOS certificate
