Executive Chef

Qualifications:

• College Graduate or Culinary School Graduate
• Minimum 8 years of professional kitchen experience, including 3 years as Executive or Head Chef.
• Strong knowledge of international and fusion cuisine.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and cost-control abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the kitchen team in creating high-quality dishes, developing menus, and ensuring efficient kitchen operations.
• Develop, design, and standardize menus (food, specials, and events).
• Supervise all kitchen operations and staff.
• Control food costs and maintain profitability through portion control and waste reduction.
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet brand standards.
• Coordinate with the purchasing team for supplier selection and stock management.
• Implement hygiene and safety standards in compliance with HACCP.
• Train and mentor sous chefs and kitchen staff.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
• Employment certificates
• NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
• PEOS certificate
