Industrial Baker

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Baker, preferably in industrial food manufacturing plants, large commercial bakeries, or FMCG food companies.
• Prepare, mix, cut, and shape dough according to standardized recipes and production requirements.
• Measure and combine ingredients accurately and operate industrial baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, and other production tools.
• Produce various baked goods including bread, croissants, cakes, and other related products in large quantities.
• Monitor baking processes to ensure product consistency, quality, and adherence to production timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, mix, cut, and shape dough according to standardized recipes and production requirements.
• Measure and combine ingredients accurately and operate industrial baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, and other production tools.
• Produce various baked goods including bread, croissants, cakes, and other related products in large quantities.
• Monitor baking processes to ensure product consistency, quality, and adherence to production timelines.
• Conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and follow company policies on sanitation, safety, and quality control.
• Support production targets while complying with company and regulatory standards.
