DOCUMENT CONTROLLER
Qualifications:
- Male applicants are preferred
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Experience as Document Controller in construction projects.
- Familiarity with document management systems (Aconex, Procore, SharePoint, etc.)
- Good knowledge of construction drawings and project documentation
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain document control systems for drawings, specifications, and project correspondence.
- Receive, log, distribute, and track incoming and outgoing project documents.
- Control revisions, versions, and status of drawings and documents.
- Ensure only approved and latest documents are used on site.
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients on document submissions and approvals.
- Maintain document transmittals, registers, and distribution records.
- Follow up on document approvals and outstanding submissions.
- Maintain organized electronic and hard-copy filing systems.
- Ensure compliance with project document control procedures and ISO 9001 requirements.
- Support audits and quality management system implementation
