FLOOR SUPERVISOR / STORE SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• With a valid Certificate of Employment (COE) from a previous employer.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities on the supermarket floor.
• Ensure shelves are fully stocked, correctly labeled with the correct price and items are rotated by expiry date (FIFO).
• Maintain the overall cleanliness, order, and presentation of the sales area.
• Check product displays and ensure promotional materials are up to date.
• Coordinate with the receiving and store room team for timely restocking.
• Conduct regular floor stock checks to prevent out-of-stock or overstock situations.
• Report damaged, expired, or missing items to management.
• Carry out spot and scheduled stock checks against the store system and report any issues.

Requirements:

• Valid passport
• Detailed Resume
• High School / College Diploma
• Employment Certificate/s
• Training and Seminar Certificate/s
