FASHION SALES ADVISOR

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail or fashion sales is preferred.
• Strong interest in fashion and current trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their style and needs.
• Provide styling advice and product knowledge to enhance the customer’s shopping experience.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through excellent customer service and upselling.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure displays are attractive and on-brand.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock items, and participate in stocktaking activities.
• Stay informed about new arrivals, promotions, and fashion trends.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals
