QA/QC ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC for electrical substation projects, ideally with SEC projects.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, including protection relays, control panels, and power distribution.
  • Familiarity with quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IEEE, IEC) and testing procedures.
  • Experience in conducting inspections, audits, and preparing quality reports.
  • Preferred: Certification in quality management (e.g., CQE) and experience with substation commissioning.

Responsibilities:

  • The QA/QC Engineer (Electrical) ensures the quality of electrical installations and equipment in substation projects.
  • This role involves developing and implementing quality assurance plans, conducting inspections, verifying compliance with technical specifications, and maintaining documentation.
  • The QA/QC Engineer collaborates with project teams to identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring adherence to industry standards and client requirements.
