HVAC Service Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Certificate, diploma or degree in HVACR or mechanical engineering
• Be a registered member of the Philippine Technical Council (pTC)
• Five (5)years of verifiable hands-on HVAC and Refrigeration Experience Verifiable experience in electrical circuits and controls.
• A demonstrable high level of written and spoken English.
• Computer literacy with knowledge and proficiency of MS Excel & Word.
• A team-oriented approach.
• Effective communication skills.
• Attributes such as punctuality, reliability and honesty.
• Ability to interpret customers’ requirements.
• Lateral thinking.
• Ability to drive a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure a high standard of supervision of a team of Technicians to service and maintain a wide variety of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment including diagnosing, trouble shooting and provision of technical assistance.
• Provide technical advice to staff and customers and develop and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction at all times.
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship whilst working using safe practices and maintain adequate records at all times.
• Provide written reports in a concise and well-presented manner, as and when required.
