We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety protocols, and excellent troubleshooting abilities. 

Electrician

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an electrician apprenticeship program or technical school training.
• Valid electrician license/certification (as required by local/state regulations).
• Proven experience as an electrician or in a similar role.
• Thorough understanding of electrical systems and safety practices.
• Ability to read technical documents and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good physical condition and ability to work in confined spaces or at heights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Additional certifications in specialized electrical systems (e.g., solar, industrial automation).Experience with PLCs or building management systems.
• OSHA, VCA certification or equivalent safety training.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in buildings.
• Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers, for safety and functionality.
• Use testing devices to identify electrical problems and ensure system efficiency.
• Read blueprints, technical diagrams, and wiring schematics.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Diagnose malfunctioning systems and components and determine appropriate repair methods.
• Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
• Train or supervise apprentice electricians as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
