Asphalt and Chip Sealer

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years’ overseas experience in asphalt or chip sealing.
• Candidates with only Philippines experience must have at least 10 years in the industry, have worked with reputable companies, and can provide credible references.
• Skilled in operating sealing equipment and handling asphalt materials.
• Knowledgeable in surface preparation, sealing techniques, and site safety.
• Physically fit and willing to perform manual labour.

Responsibilities:

• Operate asphalt and chip sealing machinery safely and efficiently.
• Prepare and treat road surfaces before application.
• Monitor material quality and ensure even surface finishes.
• Apply asphalt, sealants, and aggregates according to project specifications.
• Conduct minor maintenance on tools and sealing equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
