Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years’ overseas experience in civil construction, roading, or drainage.
• Local applicants must have 10 years’ experience with reputable
• Proven leadership skills in supervising small civil teams.
• Hands-on experience in drainage, earthworks, or roading operations.
• Strong communication and planning skills

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily activities of site workers.
• Support site foremen with task delegation and resource coordination.
• Participate in hands-on civil works (drainage, roading, concreting).
• Report progress, issues, and requirements to project supervisors.
