Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years’ overseas experience in civil construction and site supervision.
• Local candidates must have 10 years’ experience in reputable civil projects with verifiable references
• Strong leadership and project coordination skills.
• In-depth knowledge of roading, drainage, and earthworks.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee, manage civil site activities, and crew performance.
• Coordinate machinery, materials, and manpower on site.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, drawings, and safety standards.
• Conduct quality inspections and progress reporting.
• Liaise with engineers, supervisors, and clients as needed.
