SINOWELL GROUP OF COMPANIES LIMITED is hiring experienced Retail Managers for their Sports Apparel & Equipment stores in Papua New Guinea! 

Retail Manager

Qualifications:

• Male or Female, 25–45 years old
• With experience in sports apparel & equipment retail management
• Strong leadership skills to supervise, train & assist staff in customer service, promotions & store upkeep
• Ability to develop schedules & drive sales through holiday & seasonal promotions
• Skilled in inventory management, stocking & supplier coordination
• Proactive in promoting the store, product line & services
• Capable of cross-training staff & assistant managers to maintain productivity
• Results-driven mindset to manage costs & maintain profitability

Requirements:

• Updated resume with job description
• Employment certificate
• Diploma/TOR
• Valid passport (not less than a year before expiry)
• Valid NBI clearance (not less than 6 months before expiry)
• 2 x 2 recent picture (at least 2 pcs)
