QA/QC Engineer – Maintenance

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum 5 year’s experience in technical field
• Strong knowledge of ASME, API, ASTM and TEMA codes.
• Comply with all SHE procedures prior to commencement and during work.
• Make sure for compliances of all HSE rules Encourage reporting of unsafe acts and conditions

Responsibilities:

• To provide technical support to the Refinery’s maintenance and operational teams and ensure that all routine, preventive and turnaround maintenance activities are in line with SATORP’s standards and reliability best practices.
• Define, manage and review equipment maintenance strategies, develop maintenance procedures to support these strategies and provide technical assistance and trouble-shooting support for all equipment, as required.
• Participate in the of Root Cause Analysis as part of the process for addressing Bad Actor lists, facilitate critical studies; provide coaching and mentoring to other engineers capable of facilitating RCA studies.
• Provide support in developing new so Ensure developing and maintaining an effective action tracking system for Root Cause Analysis findings and recommendations and reporting in case of discrepancies.
• Define spare part requirements for all Refinery equipment, employing Risk Based Maintenance and Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analysis techniques (FMECA).
• Develop and follow up on Incident tracking system for SATORP refinery
