Quality Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree of Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical) / Technical certificate course
• 2-3 years experience

Responsibilities:

• Handover taken/given for the shift – QC Issues, HFI , Mobile etc.
• Update on Casuals / Sorter, every Start of Shift they should be given the shift task
• Inspection of Pallets at the Warehouse for all customers
• Min 2 final pallets to be fully inspected at the start and end of the shift for defects like defective print, damage, scratch marks, plunger
• Calibration of all Can/ Ends Line equipment Auto Gauges/Manual Gauges
• All QC checks are done & reports signed (Hard copy)- Can/End
• Both Deco print quality checked & picture shared in group- Starting /Shift End
• Plates and Standards are kept ready as per Production Planning
• Dome Stain pictures were shared in the group after every check and verified
• Traceability File Updated for Cans/ Ends
• Update on shift – Last pallet number, HFI including rework
• The HFI Register is updated daily.
• Sorted pallets kept wrapped and identification Label
• Defective samples are checked/ labeled and kept in QC for review or further Action
• Artwork, pdf control, and record keeping
• Damaged plates are recorded and kept for re-ordering
• Cans are signed on Both Deco after label change for color reference.
• COA to be made after label change, Cans / Ends
• Line clearance of each label changes CCP-3
• Sorting of defective material and organized sorted pallets, Sorting of Finished Goods
• Color Standard Preparation for line copy and customer approval Copy, Inx Ink Details
• Receiving of Printing Plates and Record-Keeping
• Ink Details collection and record
• Ensure that the MSDS of all chemicals are available and Identification labels are present on all raw materials
• Follow and enforce Hygiene code of practice (GMP)
• Follow and enforce Quality Plan, Policies and Procedures (SOP/ WI)
• Chemical handling and safety
• Sharps Control
• Follow and enforce Procedure for line clearance
• Size Change Start-Procedure and Quality Checks
• Reading and understanding specifications
• SPC and QA Records Keeping Procedure
• Conduct Traceability for cans and ends
• Identification of Semi-Product (Can/Ends)
• Handling of non-conforming products
• Must be aware of Company Policies
• Critical Control Points and Monitoring Can/End
• Basic GMP rules and regulations at Work Premises are abided and enforced
• Basic awareness of HACCP and GMP Practices to be maintained on Premises

Requirements:

• Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
• Employment certificates
• NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
• PEOS certificate
