PALLETIZER OPERATOR (WOOD PROCESS WORKER)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years proven experience on OPERATION OF A TIMBER DOCKING SAW, MULTI-RIP SAW.
  • Experience in operating STORTI palletizer machine.
  • Have or willing to take IELTS (Overall score of 4) or PTE Academic (Overall score of 29).
  • Good ENGLISH communication and interpersonal skills. Physically fit.
  • Knowledgeable on Bin and Pallet assembly using a jig and nail gun.

Responsibilities:

  • Machine operation: Operation of a timber docking saw, multi-rip saw
  • (Storti), automated pallet nailing machines, a 6 head 4-sided planner, and operation of a 6 saw x cut/trimmer.
  • Yard Maintenance and Clean up. Stock take when required.
  • Stacking Timber: Stacking off a conveyor belt, and stacking/de-stacking timber into fillet.
  • Bin and Pallet assembly using a jig and Nail Gun
