Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy luggage
• Courteous, well-groomed, and customer service-oriented
• Proficient in English; additional languages an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and offer immediate assistance.
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features and hotel facilities.
• Deliver messages, parcels, and requested items to guestrooms promptly.
• Ensure that all guest requests and inquiries are handled professionally and efficiently.
• Handle guest luggage during check-in/check-out and store/retrieve baggage as requested.
• Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of the lobby and bell desk area.
• Assist in transportation arrangements such as taxis and shuttle service.
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, and directions.
• Support Front Desk and Concierge when necessary.
• Maintain grooming standards and punctuality.
• Comply with hotel safety, hygiene, and security standards.
• Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned by management.
