Bodyshop Quality Controller

Qualifications:

• Mal applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 3 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality testing and assurance for all repairs to ensure work is completed in line with job orders.
• Monitor and ensure that quality standards are implemented in all areas of activity and report any deviation upon occurrence.
• Conduct detailed final overall inspection for all vehicles prior to delivery.
• Whilst testing and inspecting vehicles note any additional work required and report to Service Reception accordingly
• Maintain records of quality inspections and tabulate workshop quality levels monthly making recommendations for actions required to improve
  quality levels
• Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental standards are maintained throughout the site within legal requirements and in line with Company policy.
• Report any out-of-line conditions to the Branch Service Manager.
• This also applies to personnel performing company business off site.
• Maintain records of any out of line conditions showing corrective action taken, with dates.
• Perform other duties as assigned by immediate Manager.
• Must have: Qatar Driving License
• Responsible for ensuring the quality standards throughout the Service Workshop, inclusive of Quality Control, Assurance, Auditing and inspecting the quality standards are in line with Manufacturer’s standards

• COE (Certificate of Employment)
• Graduate of any four (4) year course or College Level
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
