GOA (GROUND OPERATION AGENT)

Qualifications:

• Manage and control aircraft servicing processes in accordance with the relevant technological instructions.
• Organise the servicing work, to direct and control the staff involved in servicing organisation and control of the servicing work, directing the organisation of the servicing of aircraft, organising and directing the servicing of aircraft, ensuring the execution of the servicing processes.
• Performing “The foreign object discharge” (fod check) on arrival and departure of the aircraft, checking the operation of the staging system, operating the passenger bridge.
• Checking the technical condition of the service equipment before use, completing the logbook as required during handover.
• Refuelling and cleaning of equipment.
• Assisting with the loading and unloading of arriving and departing aircraft, unloading and loading baggage between the baggage sorting room and the aircraft. Interpreting loading instructions, directing the loading and unloading of aircraft in accordance with loading instructions.
• Informing the load and weight counting officer of the current loading situation.
