Qualifications:

• Knowledge of meat preparation, cutting techniques, and portioning.
• Understanding of proper storage and handling of meat products.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and hygiene regulations.
• Good physical condition; ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 25 kg.
• Basic knowledge of packaging and labeling requirements (preferred)
• Candidate must have a passport.
• Candidate must know how to communicate in English.

Responsibilities:

• Cut, trim, and prepare various types of meat (beef, poultry, lamb, etc.).
• Portion meat according to specific weights and customer requirements
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, tools, and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and inform management of low stock or quality concerns.
• Provide excellent customer service when required.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
