Spa Attendant

Qualifications:

• At least high school graduate or ALS Certified with TESDA NCII Certification
• 1–2 years of experience in a hotel or spa resort
• Can converse in English
• No visible tattoo

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and ensure cleanliness and maintenance of spa equipment and facilities.
• Manage spa inventory, including massage oils, towels, linens, and supplies, ensuring the proper setup of treatment areas.
• Provide excellent guest service, answering facility-related questions, assisting with sauna, steam, and pool use, and offering spa tours as needed.
• Support swimming pool service, including lifeguard duties, and ensure the spa maintains high cleanliness and operational standards.
• Assist in coordinating spa services with other hotel departments and stay updated on current trends in the spa industry.
• Participate in spa marketing, special events, inventory management, and cross-training to support all departments, including reception, fitness, and retail.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt resolution of complaints, communication with spa management, and regular facility inspections.
• Maintain a professional appearance, adhere to company policies, and participate in meetings, trainings, and safety drills.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
• Employment certificates
• NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
• PEOS certificate
