Maintenance Mechanic (General)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 2 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Manage independently Maintenance services in line with the service contract and as directed by the site manager.
• Attain high level of customer satisfaction, employee morale and achieve the financial objectives in line with the strategic and operating plans, procedures and forecasts within the set parameters.
• Plans, organizes and controls maintenance services in a professional manner ensuring prompt, efficient and quality service as per the contractual specifications and in line with superiors and client’s instructions.
• Ensures that the maintenance staff assigned in various sections on location have received HSE and other required inductions and courses at the head office and location and appropriate records are maintained.
• Ensures that all accidents, fire, loss, theft and damages are reported to superiors immediately and proper procedures are followed. In addition, where appropriate, take remedial action.
• Informs the Management about developments leading to new business opportunities.
• Reviews and analyzes operational results and figures on a daily basis for better control and forecast.
• Prepares, maintains and submit all the financial reporting documents to the Site Manager on time.
