SERVICE CENTRE MANAGER

Qualifications:

• A minimum of five years proven experience in a high volume of business enterprise particularly consumer electronics company.
• Has been providing after sales support to different global brands of electronics including computers, laptops, and others.
• Has sound knowledge in repairing consumer electronics, home appliances of any type.
• Knowledgeable in the commonly used parts and tools for consumer electronics, it products and home appliances of any type.

Responsibilities:

• Mange the overall operation of the service centre.
• Supervise and coordinate the duties of the staff in the service centre.
• Initiate checks and controls on the activities of its staff to ensure that jobs and objectives are being met.
• Allocates units for repairs to technicians and ensures quality service is rendered.
• Ensuring good quality services, Productivity, and efficiency of the workshop output.

Requirements:

• Updated CV/Resume
• Passport Copy
• DFA Apostille NBI Clearance MUST be valid minimum 11 months
• High School or College Diploma
• Certificate of Employment
