RISK MANAGEMENT FOCAL POINT

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance or Related Field;
• 7-10 years of experience in risk management, preferably in Oil & Gas, Construction or Manufacturing Industries;
• Certification in Risk Management (e.g., ISO 31000, CRM, FRM, PMP-RMP) is a plus;
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) principles and frameworks (ISO 3100, COSO, tc.)
• Experience in identifying, assessing, mitigating and monitoring operational, Financial and strategic risks;
• Knowledge of HSE (Healthy, Safety and Environment ) Risk Management methodologies;
• Familiarity with Risk Management tools such as HAZID, HAZOP, Bowtie Analysis and FMEA;
• Proficiency in risk reporting, scenario analysis and business continuity planning;
• Experience in compliance management and regulatory risk assessments;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
