CNC MACHINE OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator
• Knowledge in CNC programming using FANUC systems (G-Code and M-Code)
• Ability to operate Lathe, Bending, Flat, and Milling machines
• Familiarity with measurement tools and tool operation (facing, threading, boring, parting, grooving)
• Knowledge of raw materials, machining processes, and basic welding
• Basic computer literacy
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and safety-conscious

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines including Lathe, Bending, Flat, and Milling machines according to specifications
• Program CNC machines using FANUC systems, including G-Code and M-Code
• Select, set up, and operate facing, threading, boring, parting, and grooving tools
• Use drill bits and milling cutters such as ball nose cutters, fly cutters, and T-slot cutters
• Measure and inspect parts using appropriate measurement tools
• Identify and prepare raw materials required for the manufacturing process
• Perform basic welding as required for production tasks
• Maintain CNC machines and tools in proper working condition
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspac
• Utilize basic computer skills for CNC programming and documentation
