CHEF DE PARTIE (COLD KITCHEN)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years work experience
- Must have a 5 star hotel experience
Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of cold dishes like salads, dressings, terrines, pâtés, cold soups, canapés, cheese plates, and other cold appetizers according to established recipes.
- Inspect and select fresh ingredients, ensuring quality and proper storage of cold food items.
- Organize and prepare all necessary ingredients and garnishes for cold dishes in advance
- Arrange and plate cold dishes with attention to detail and aesthetic appeal.
- Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene practices within the cold kitchen area.
