Scaffolder

Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of scaffolding safety standards and regulations.
• Strong ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
• Proven leadership experience, including supervising and mentoring junior scaffolders (preferred).
• Exceptional teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment
• Valid scaffolding certification or ticket.

Responsibilities:

• Erect, dismantle, and maintain scaffolding systems for construction projects of various sizes.
• Conduct thorough inspections of scaffolding structures, reporting any defects or safety hazards
• Supervise and provide guidance to junior scaffolders and laborers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment
• Assist in material handling and site preparation to ensure smooth project flow
• Collaborate with other trades and team members to meet project deadlines.
• Perform daily safety checks and follow all site-specific health and safety procedures
