FORM PANEL SETTER
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 3 years previous experience.
- Lay out and mark concrete forms according to blueprints and specifications.
- Install and secure forms for pouring concrete, using hand tools and power tools.
- Cut, shape, and fit materials to form walls, columns, and other structures.
- Insert steel reinforcement and embedded items, such as anchor bolts and conduits, prior to pouring concrete.
- Use levels and transit levels to ensure that forms are level and straight.
- Clean and maintain forms and tools, and mix and apply release agents to prevent concrete from sticking to forms.
- Remove forms and clean and prepare concrete surfaces for finishing.
- Communicate with other construction team members to ensure that concrete form work is aligned with project schedules and timelines.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries on the job site.
- Good English communications skills.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary starts at Php 50,000.00 net monthly.
- Forty (40) working hours per week.
- Accommodation will be arranged by the employer.
- Two (2) years contract.
