Qualifications:

• Senior architect, bachelor’s degree in architecture with 8 years minimum experience in commercial building

Responsibilities:

• Create project proposals, Preparing sketches and blueprints
• Meeting with clients and stakeholders to discuss construction designs.
• Drafting building plans for commercial, industrial
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet client expectations.
• Participate in design presentations and meetings with clients, contractors
• Manage construction contracts
• Negotiating with contractors, In other architectural roles, they will have to call or meet up with
  drafters, engineers, utility professionals and other architects work

Requirements:

• Updated RESUME
• Valid passport
• Employment CERTIFICATES
• Other CERTIFICATES related to job preferences.
