CNC MACHINIST

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a CNC Machinist.
• At least 1 year of post-secondary education, preferably in Machining or Industrial Technology.
• Proficient in programming, setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines, with experience using 5-axis CNC machines.
• Familiarity with stone materials, particularly granite.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables.
• Skilled in using precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers) to verify product dimensions.
• Strong attention to detail in documenting and reporting deviations from specifications and tolerances.
• Proficient in completing CNC machine setups (e.g., jig mounting, zeroing, tool mounting).
