WAITER

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 2 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience
• This includes greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling payments
• They also maintain a clean and organized dining area and address any customer concerns.
• Warmly welcome guests, guide them to their tables, and provide menus.
• Accurately record food and beverage orders, offering recommendations and answering questions about the menu.
• Promptly and efficiently deliver orders to the correct tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation
• Periodically inquire about the guests’ satisfaction with their meals and address any needs or concerns.
• Promote additional items or specials to enhance the dining experience and potentially increase revenue.
• Present bills, process payments accurately (cash or card), and provide change if needed.
• Prepare tables with appropriate linens, silverware, and glassware.
• Clear tables promptly after guests leave and reset them for new customers.
• Keep the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors, clean and organized throughout the shift.
  Ensure adequate supplies of napkins, silverware, and other necessary items are available.
• Relay orders accurately and efficiently to the kitchen staff, ensuring timely preparation of food.
• Cooperate with other servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to provide seamless service.
• Adhere to all relevant health department regulations regarding food handling, hygiene, and sanitation.
