MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Knowledge of mechanical, or machines
• Work experience in the same environment or in a Manufacturing company.
• Gulf experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• To maintain and repair a variety of equipment including machines, high-pressure pumps, air compressors, hydraulic systems, overhead cranes, and gearboxes.
• Performs preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Performs basic troubleshooting on mechanical hydraulic and
• Pneumatic systems. Installs or replaces new or reconditioned repair parts.
• Tests machines for proper operation.
• Performs basic working knowledge of machine operation and associated operating systems.
• Determines changes in requirements of parts by inspecting and measuring various instruments.
• Maintains inventories of equipment parts and supplies by checking stock and placing orders.
• Trains production workers on routine preventive maintenance.
• Provides mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests.
• Performs complete proper paperwork as assigned.
• Basic knowledge of computer.
• Reporting to General Manager/Dept. Manager:
• Receiving instructions on daily maintenance works.
• Reporting daily activities and tasks.
• Other related works as assigned by management.
• Experience in PIR/PUR Continuous sandwich panel line will be an advantage
