STOREKEEPER

Qualifications:

• Must have a college degree / Diploma
• Knowledge of mechanical, or machines
• Work experience in the same environment or in a Manufacturing company.
• Gulf experience is an advantage.
• Age Limit 35 years old.
• Knowledge in Computer Software/Oracle/Tally ERP/SAP

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the whole operation store area
• Receive Materials from the Supplier (physically), then update in the System.
• Print/paste the barcode sticker and arrange it to the assigned location
• Issuance of the item (physically) to the Technicians
• Issue spare parts in the System
• Monitor Finished goods transfer
• Prepare Purchase Requisition & Purchase Order by “SAP System”
• Monitor & Maintain the MIN/MAX of each item then re-order if needed.
•  Process all Invoices and endorse to Accounts
•  Check stocks quarterly & semi-annual with accounts
•  Coordinate with purchasing, quality department, sales department & accounts department
• Performs tasks as mandated/ Hardworking.
•  Other works related to storekeeping.
•  Maintain cleanliness within the store area
