Aureol Global Connections is seeking experienced Gantry Crane Operators for a manufacturing company in Ireland. If you have a passion for working with heavy machinery and ensuring safety in the workplace, this role is for you!
Gantry Crane Operator
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years experience operating gantry cranes
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
- Physically fit for demanding tasks
- Crane operation certification preferred (conversion training provided)
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate gantry cranes to lift, move, and position steel (up to 10 tons)
- Load/unload materials from roller beds, trucks, and storage areas
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of cranes
- Assist with material handling, cleaning, and equipment setup
- Ensure a safe working environment by following health and safety protocols
