PLANNER/SCHEDULER

Qualifications:

• Age 25 to 45 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with project management software like Primavera (Advanced), MS Excel (Advanced), Power BI, MS Project, and similar tools.
• Deep knowledge in planning and scheduling tools and techniques.
• Years of Experience: (5 to 9) years total experience.
• Proven skills in optimizing workflows, minimizing wastage, and enhancing project outcomes.
• Proven experience in project planning, execution, and resource management.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in managing complex datasets.
• Very Good English Language is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the integration data for project planning, execution, and completion (baseline); assisting in the entire end-to-end delivery of projects.
• Utilizing special software (via Excel, PBI, …) to track projects and create visual representations of timelines
• Working closely between offices and construction sites to collect accurate data, ensure a project runs on schedule and that material supplies are coming on time.
• Ensuring plans meet the client’s specifications.
• Maintaining and updating the construction schedules and plans, and check the update with all the concerned departments, corrective actions should be included if any to keep the project on track.
• Participating in developing and creating the recovery and revised plans.
• Monitor work progress and schedule updates / KPIs / Manpower and SC Efficiency / Productivities / Wastages Factors.
• Providing regular updates to stakeholders, status reports weekly and monthly, two weeks lookahead, etc…
• Liaising with site managers and engineers to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that arise after coordinating with Senior planning engineer.
• Preparing the internal and external presentations.
