Kitchen Assistant

Qualifications:

• Good time management skills to complete all duties
• Good knowledge of food health and safety regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Perform necessary tasks such as cleaning, washing and prepping to ensure smooth kitchen operation
• Assist with inventory control, garbage disposal, and cleanliness of refrigerators, freezers and storage rooms
• Comply with food health and safety regulations
• Assisting Cooks/Chefs with the preparation of meal ingredients such as washing, cleaning, peeling, cutting, and chopping fruit, vegetables and meat.

Initial requirements:

• Passport (at least 5yrs expiration)
• Resume with detailed job description (Hard & Soft Copy in MS Word Format) including parents whole name
• PSA Birth Certificate
