PACKING MACHINE SETTER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Can set up the production line facilities ( forming, filling, sealing sections ) and can adjust the parameters of the packing machine and repair the equipment.
• Experience with machinery in food processing plants (processing industry)
• Certificates in electrical or mechanical is an advantage but not required

Responsibilities:

• Reconfiguration of production lines according to the production plan, adjustment and maintenance of production lines and other technical equipment (conveyors, labelling equipment, sorting belts, metaldetectors, packaging lines, cutting machines
• Setting programs and checking them, continuous check of the functionality of machines and equipment, regular maintenance and preventive service according to the plan
• Checking the condition of spare parts and auxiliary material necessary for maintenance, keeping documentation
