BANQUET SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• With knowledge in Banquet Operation
• With good personality and communication skill
• Excellent customer service skills are essential.
• Must have several years of experience as waiter, with a strong background in the food service industry.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role is required.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall sanitation and cleanliness of the work areas, banquet rooms, and storage areas.
• Responsible for consistently implementing the service standards and operating procedures in the banquet and Catering service.
• Responsible to supervise the wait staff team.
• Oversee the work of waiters, assign sections, and provide guidance to ensure smooth service operations.
• Ensure that guests receive exceptional service.
• Handle customer inquiries, special requests, and concerns professionally and promptly
