PAINTER

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years work experience
  • Preferably passed the JLPT (N4 or Higher)
  • Mut be a Certified Construction Painter or those who have at least 3 years related experience
  • Those who have passed the JLPT (N4 or Higher) and the skills test have an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, or priming before painting
  • Mix paints and other materials to achieve the desired color and consistency
  • Operate spray guns and other painting equipment (air spray, airless spray, etc.)
  • Apply coats of paint evenly and accurately on various surfaces (metal, plastic, wood, etc.)
  • Inspect finished surfaces for defects such as bubbles, runs, or uneven coverage
  • Follow safety and health regulations, including wearing proper PPE
  • Record work details and comply with quality control procedures
  • Communicate with supervisors or team leads to meet project deadlines
