Team leader – Auto Painting

Qualifications:

• Male, not more than 40 years old
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in auto painting, minimum 2 years’ experience in the required position.
• Dealership experience is a must.
• With experienced in the same field.
• Communicating goals and deadlines to team members
• Professional who leads a team of technicians, overseeing their tasks and providing technical guidance
• Very good selling skills.
• Good Oral & Written communication skills in English.
• They train and mentor team members
