ICE PLANT TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• 48 Hr. HAZWOPER training is required within 90 days of hire.
• Five (5) years’ of experience in Ice Plant operations, Industrial Refrigeration, distribution and
  inventory control is required.
• Requires as a minimum knowledge forklift driving safety and other hazards associated with the delivery and piling.
• Must be able to operate material handling equipment such as forklift, pallet jack, man lift etc
• Knowledge of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and storage requirements to meet compatibility of products based on hazard class is required.
• Knowledge of Ice Plant equipment, trouble shooting, and repair is required.
• Knowledge of ice production and water sources sampling is required.
