VISUAL MERCHANDISER

Qualifications:

• A degree or diploma in visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, retail management, or a related field is often preferred.
• Experience in retail merchandising, particularly within the beauty or cosmetics industry.
• Proven track record of designing effective retail displays and increasing sales.
• Preferably, candidates should be able to drive and have a valid license.

Responsibilities:

• Curate and monitor the entire lifecycle of the visual merchandising experience, keeping in mind the marketing goals
• Understand and analyze the psyche of the customer to curate more effective merchandising
• Assess and gauge the effectiveness of a given visual merchandise and edit/tweak it as per the need of the hour
