Safety Officer
Qualifications:
- Male applicants
- Minimum of 5 years work experience
- Experienced in construction and electrical safety for at least five years.
- NBOSH IGC certification or equivalent.
- Willing to work on project remote site.
- Graduate of BS in EE.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessment, Developing safety measures, Investigate accidents, enforce preventive measures. Compliance and safety regulations.
- Conducting workplace inspections, Oversee workplace repair installations that could harm employee’s safety.
- Plan and implement OHS policies and programs.
- Advise and lead employees on various safety related topics.
- Prepare educational seminars and webinars on a regular basis.
- Review existing policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all rules and regulations.
- Work with HR to set up a new employee on boarding process for safety.
- Check if all employees are acting in adherence with rules and regulations.
- Prepare and present reports on accidents and violations and determine causes.
