Civil Engineer/Architect

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in Building construction and fit out works
  • Experienced in contracts & vendor management
  • Proficient in English
  • Effective communication skills
  • Project Management training

Responsibilities

  • Induction of new fit out tenant and its main contractor
  • Facilitate new fit out tenant and its main contractor with all regulations and documentations of the building
    business rules
  • Reporting to Fit out Project Manager
  • Establish & maintain the technical library of all new fit out units (CAD, Technical Manuals, OPMs etc)
  • Monitor performance of contractors on daily basis and make sure that all contractors are abiding HQBP Business rules
  • Facilitate all fit out contractors for access to the building
  • Manage and coordinate the use of loading bay by the contractors in conjunction with FHM for security.
  • At the request of client, coordinate and witness Tie in works with MEP Team
  • Final handover of units to the tenants.
  • Post construction, management of contractor’s exit from the building
