Audit Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance./CPA Preferred.
• At least 4 years relevant work experience in Leadership.
• A good knowledge and understanding of Government and Business systems is preferred.
• Strong knowledge and experience in financial auditing, accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• With excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  Compute Literate.

Job Description:

• Supervise multiple engagements to deliver high quality services on time efficiently.
• Coordinate engagement management and effectively contributes to achieving revenue and profit objectives, engagement realization and the allocation of resources.
• Supervise and guide the Financial Audit Team regarding the audit procedures
• Review reports by evaluating the financial and operational records.
• Constantly evaluate and monitor the audit procedures and make them compliant with the standards outlined.
• Make recommendations for improving the operational procedures, streamlining of the auditing project by decreasing the turnaround time.
• Resolve the problems faced by the subordinates and provide appropriate solutions to promote teamwork
