Qualifications

• Experience in wholesale and retail industry is a must.
• Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor.
• Ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
• Leadership skills and the ability to manage staff effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
• Excellent communication skills.

Job Description

• Oversee the warehouse in alignment with the company’s policies and vision.
• Initiate, coordinate, and enforce operational policies and procedures.
• Adhere to warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements.
• Set up the warehouse layout for efficient space utilization.
• Manage stock control and reconcile data storage systems.
• Maintain health, safety, hygiene, and security standards.
• Recruit, select, orient, coach, and motivate warehouse employees.
• Monitor expenses and optimize costs.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and transport companies.
• Produce regular reports to track performance.
