Omanfil International in partnership with Heaven Construction Guam, LLC is currently looking for:

Civil Cad Designer

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CAD Designer, preferably in civil engineering or construction.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or MicroStation.
  • Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction techniques.
  • Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and precise technical drawings.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and codes related to civil engineering and construction.

Job Description:

  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Create detailed drawings, plans, and schematics for civil engineering projects using CAD software.
  • Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Incorporate design changes and modifications as directed by project stakeholders.
  • Perform quality checks on drawings to verify accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain organized project files and documentation, including drawing revisions and version control.
  • Assist in the preparation of project presentations, reports, and other technical documents as needed.
