Grocery Store Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years work experience
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role in the retail or grocery industry.

Job Description:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of grocery store staff, including cashiers, stock clerks, and customer service representatives.
  • Train, coach, and mentor staff to ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to store policies and procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order products, and ensure proper stock rotation and merchandising.
